Ordering Your Foil

  • I just designed my FOIL and submitted my order. What are the next steps?
    After placing your order, your delivery specialist will contact you to confirm your specifications and submit it to the factory. Log into your FOIL account to follow along as your FOIL is built and shipped.
  • Financing and Payment Options
    Before we produce your new FOIL, we require that the balance be paid in full, either personally or by way of guarantee from a financing institution.

    Affirm Financing
  • Your Delivery Specialist
    After you customize your board, your delivery specialist will reach out to confirm your order. Think of them as your “go to” person for all things FOIL. They'll be there to answer questions, make customization requests, and help you navigate the process of submitting your order to the factory.   • Registration
    It may be necessary to obtain a license or permit to use your FOIL in certain states, countries, or jurisdictions. Please check local regulations before riding.

Foil Delivery Day

  • When can I expect to take delivery?
    Delivery timing varies by model, location and current production availability. Ask your delivery specialist for an estimated delivery date.
  • Who will deliver my Foil?
    All Foil shipments worldwide are conducted by UPS. For deliveries in the United States, you can expect your Foil to arrive within five business days after shipping. For deliveries outside the United States, you can expect your Foil to arrive in ten.
  • Do you ship outside of the United States?
    We ship within the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Caribbean.
  • Can I return my Foil?
    All sales are final. Returns are not accepted on any FOIL watercraft.

Service and Repair

  • Warranty and FoilCare
    Every Foil comes with two years of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty. You can choose to extend your warranty with FoilCare or protect it from accidental damage with FoilCare+. Foil will have no obligation under this limited warranty to repair or replace the Product if the customer owes any balance to Foil for the purchase, repair, or shipping of the Product until such balance is paid in full.   • If my Foil is damaged, where do I get it repaired?
    All repairs are conducted by Foil. If your Foil is in need of repair please contact technical support at +1-442-233-3645 (Monday through Friday 9am-5pm CT).
  • I've lost a part for my Foil. Can I buy a replacement?
    Absolutely. Please shoot us an email to sup@getfoil.com explaining what you need and we'll get back to you with a quote. Please be sure to include your HIN Number in your message.
