After you customize your board, your delivery specialist will reach out to confirm your order. Think of them as your “go to” person for all things FOIL. They'll be there to answer questions, make customization requests, and help you navigate the process of submitting your order to the factory. It may be necessary to obtain a license or permit to use your FOIL in certain states, countries, or jurisdictions. Please check local regulations before riding.
All Foil shipments worldwide are conducted by UPS. For deliveries in the United States, you can expect your Foil to arrive within five business days after shipping. For deliveries outside the United States, you can expect your Foil to arrive in ten.
Every Foil comes with two years of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty. You can choose to extend your warranty with FoilCare or protect it from accidental damage with FoilCare+. You can learn more about warranties here.
